The changes don&#8217;t apply to PayPal Payments Pro users and Virtual Terminal. <strong>PayPal Payments Standard<\/strong> and <strong>PayPal Express Checkout<\/strong> users will have a rate hike.<\/p>\n<p>The new rate will be the standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30 USD for domestic transactions and 3.9% + fixed fee** for international transactions.\u00a0 Card-processing rates on PayPal Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal are not changing.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Paypal rates October 1, 2015:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Standard 2.9% + $0.30<br \/>\nMobile In-Store Payments rate 2.7% + $0.30<br \/>\nNonprofit rate 2.2% + $0.30<\/p>\n<h1>Paypal international rates October 1, 2015:<\/h1>\n<p>Standard 3.9% + fixed fee<br \/>\nMobile In-Store Payments rate 3.7%\u00a0 + fixed fee**<br \/>\nNonprofit rate\u00a0 (under $100k\/mth) 3.2% + fixed fee**<br \/>\nNonprofit rate\u00a0 (over $100k\/mth) 2.9% + fixed fee**<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Paypal current tiered rates:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>PayPal Rates:<\/strong><br \/>\nDomestic Purchase Payments transactions in U.S. Dollars<br \/>\nPrior month&#8217;s sales volume\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Fee per transaction<br \/>\n$0 to $3,000\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02.9% + $0.30<br \/>\n$3,000.01 to $10,000\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02.5% + $0.30<br \/>\n$10,000.01 or greater\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02.2% + $0.30<\/p>\n<p><strong>International Purchase Payments transactions<\/strong><br \/>\nPrior month&#8217;s sales volume\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Fee per transaction<br \/>\n$0 to $3,000\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a03.9% + fixed fee**<br \/>\n$3,000.01 to $10,000\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a03.5% + fixed fee**<br \/>\n$10,000.01 or greater\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a03.2% + fixed fee**<\/p>\n<p>*Sections 8.2 (b) and 8.4 (c) of the PayPal User Agreement<br \/>\n**Section 8.4 (d) of the PayPal User Agreement.
