How do I add a logo to my CenPOS account?

At the time of order, submit the logo with your application and we’ll set it up. After that, send the logo to your relationship manager or support.

  • Create a .png file
  • No transparency
  • 200 x 100 pixels maximum

We will upload to the server for you. Note the name of the file you send.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Email the image to your salesperson or support.
  2. Login to the virtual terminal;
  3. Go to Administrator>Merchant>Merchant data
  4. Enter the name of the file in the virtual terminal.

Once the file has been uploaded by CenPOS staff, the logo will appear on receipts and various CenPOS modules after login. To disable the logo, simply delete the path to it. I recommend copying this information to your initial merchant login information along with the file name for future reference.
